When submitting artwork, logos, images, text, or design files for DTF printing, customers are responsible for ensuring they hold the legal right to use and reproduce all submitted content.
By uploading or submitting artwork to Sportswear.ca, you confirm that:
- You are the original owner of the artwork, logo, image, or design; or
- You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or authorizations to use it for custom printing purposes; and
- The submitted artwork does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, brand identity, privacy right, publicity right, or other third-party intellectual property right
Sportswear.ca does not independently verify ownership of submitted artwork. Customers are solely responsible for any claims, disputes, damages, or legal issues that arise from the artwork they provide.
Uploaded artwork and design files may be retained by Sportswear.ca to fulfill current orders, support customer service requests, maintain production records, and facilitate future reorders.
